Henrico County Issues Proclamation for NASCAR Week April 24-30

The Henrico County Board of Supervisors last night issued a proclamation recognizing NASCAR Race Week April 24-30 in the county where Richmond International Raceway resides. Track president Doug Fritz was on hand at the Board’s meeting to accept the proclamation.
