A director since 1994, he has served as Chairman and CEO of NASCAR since 2003. Previously, he served as NASCAR's Executive Vice President since 2000 and Senior Vice President since 1999. Mr. France had served as NASCAR's Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications since December 1992. He has served as our Manager - Group Projects since February 1994.
