James C. France, a director since 1970, currently serves at ISC's Chairman of the Board. Mr. France served as ISC's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from July 2007 to June 2009; Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from April 2003 to July 2007. He previously served as our President and Chief Operating Officer from 1987 until 2003.
