Scott Paddock
Scott Paddock was named President of Chicagaoland Speedway on January 4, 2011. Paddock, a long-time veteran in the sports marketing industry, formerly served as Director of Sports Marketing for the Gatorade Company, a division of PepsiCo Inc.
Joining Gatorade in 1998, Mr. Paddock was most recently responsible for the management of the brand’s sports marketing sponsorship portfolio, including all league, team and spokesperson relations and negotiations. Prior to joining Gatorade, Paddock was with Sports Partners, a sports marketing and advertising agency that specialized in assisting corporate clients in activating their sponsorship rights and assets.
Paddock received his bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1990. He has served on a number of boards and committees, including the United States Olympic Committee Athlete Advisory Council; member of Executive Committee and Board of Directors - USA Basketball; Chicago 2016 Olympic Committee; and member of the Board of Directors for Camouflage Kids. He was a professional basketball player and a starter on the 1995 United States National Team. Paddock was also named a member of the Sports Business Journal's prestigious Forty Under Forty class for 2008.
Paddock and his wife reside in Orland Park, Illinois, and have two daughters.
